• To analyse Platform usage and improve our products, services, and user experience for Filipino players.

egames will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.

6Legal Basis for Processing

egames processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML obligations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and tax reporting.

7Sharing Your Data

egames does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.

10Data Retention

egames retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention guidelines:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and related regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical & Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months in identifiable form, after which it may be anonymised and retained for analytical purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with egames' data disposal procedures.

12Children & Minors

The egames Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. egames does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If egames becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority where required.

If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the egames Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

egames reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever changes are made.
